By accessing and using the software, products, and services ("Services") provided by Yobytech Automation Pvt. Ltd ("YoByTech", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
Subject to these terms and the payment of applicable fees, YoByTech grants your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our proprietary AI and IoT automation platforms for your internal business purposes.
All source code, algorithms, hardware designs, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and documentation associated with our Services remain the exclusive intellectual property of YoByTech Automation Pvt. Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary systems without explicit written consent.
As an enterprise software provider, we process data on your behalf. You retain all rights to your business data. YoByTech employs industry-standard encryption and access controls to secure your data, but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Uptime guarantees, technical support response times, and maintenance schedules are governed by the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) or SLA executed between YoByTech and your organization. Standard maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YoByTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services in the event of a material breach of these terms, failure to pay agreed-upon fees, or if your usage poses a security risk to our infrastructure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
